About the Role

This position supports residents during evening hours, providing compassionate personal care while upholding the organization’s mission of quality service in a Christian‑based setting. The schedule consists of part‑time shifts totaling approximately 16 hours per week, allowing flexibility for those seeking evening work.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and help maintain accurate resident records.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are respected.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by tidying resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a respectful and dignified atmosphere.
• Follow infection‑control protocols and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state of North Dakota.
• Previous experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or a similar senior‑care setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine commitment to providing high‑quality care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods during evening shifts.
• Basic computer literacy for documenting care activities and accessing electronic health records.
