About the Role

As the Grounds, Facility, Equipment, Carpentry Associate, you will help care for the buildings, grounds, and equipment that make Elm Terrace Gardens a welcoming home for its residents. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based on-site in Lansdale, with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., plus one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the community's grounds and outdoor spaces in clean, attractive, and safe condition.
• Perform general facility upkeep and routine building maintenance.
• Complete carpentry tasks and basic repairs throughout the campus.
• Operate, inspect, and care for tools and equipment used in daily maintenance work.
• Respond to maintenance needs that support a comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in grounds keeping, facility maintenance, equipment care, or carpentry.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Reliability and availability for the set weekday schedule and one weekend each month.
• A dependable, service-minded approach to working in a senior living setting.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of an active, hands-on maintenance position.
