About the Role
As a Full Time CNA with flexible scheduling, you'll be a vital member of our nursing team, delivering direct care and assistance to older adults in a supportive, mission-driven environment. What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments
- Respond promptly to resident requests and communication needs
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and documentation
- Report changes in patient condition or concerns to nursing supervisors
- Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain if not yet certified)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Genuine compassion for seniors and commitment to person-centered care
- Ability to work flexible, varying shifts as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical capability to assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Respect for patient privacy and professional boundaries
