What You'll Do

• Coordinate all administrative and logistical aspects of clinical research studies from initiation through completion
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking
• Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
• Maintain study databases, prepare regulatory documentation, and manage informed consent processes
• Schedule participant visits, monitor protocol adherence, and collect clinical data with precision
• Communicate with principal investigators, study teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless study operations
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and protocol amendments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical research coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and research ethics
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously
• Proficiency with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and research databases
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships with research teams
• Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and participant safety in all research activities
