Kelly Services seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Research Associate Investigator with the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research in Bethesda, Montgomery County. About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate Investigator, RN, you'll be instrumental in executing cutting-edge clinical research studies. You'll partner with principal investigators and research teams to translate scientific protocols into participant care, ensuring both research quality and participant safety at every step.

What You'll Do

• Identify and enroll study participants who meet protocol criteria
• Conduct informed consent discussions, ensuring participants fully understand study procedures and risks
• Execute clinical assessments and research interventions according to approved protocols
• Gather and meticulously document clinical observations and outcome data
• Track participant health and well-being, identifying and reporting any safety concerns immediately
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive records that meet federal and regulatory standards
• Liaise between participants and the research team to address questions and ensure protocol adherence
• Support the investigator in all phases of study management and operations

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Solid understanding of clinical research methodology and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in informed consent and patient safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse populations
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to data integrity
• Ability to work effectively within clinical research teams and adapt to changing priorities
