About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you'll provide comprehensive psychological services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This full-time position combines direct patient care, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary teamwork to address the mental health needs of our diverse community.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Complete psychiatric evaluations, psychological assessments, and differential diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical presentation and goals
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical outcomes
• Participate in case consultations and clinical team discussions

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology) in California
• Active California state licensure and good standing with the California Board of Psychology
• Demonstrated competency in psychotherapy and clinical assessment
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to collaborative healthcare and patient advocacy
• Knowledge of and experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
