About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist at LifeStance Health in Dublin, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Working within our collaborative care model, you'll partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment and support.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based methods
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical presentation and goals
- Provide individual psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions grounded in research-supported approaches
- Collaborate with prescribing physicians and interdisciplinary team members on integrated care strategies
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal standards
- Monitor patient progress systematically and adapt treatment approaches to optimize clinical outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted California state license as a Clinical Psychologist
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to integrated, collaborative mental healthcare delivery
- Ability to thrive in a team-based clinical environment
