About the Role

As the Electrical Engineering Leader on M.C. Dean's Sustainability team, you will assemble, mentor, and direct a group of engineers focused on strengthening the efficiency, safety, and dependability of electrical systems across a range of facilities. This position blends hands-on engineering depth with strategic leadership, drawing on your command of power systems analysis and power quality evaluation to keep electrical assets healthy, code-compliant, and operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated electrical engineering team within the Sustainability practice.
• Drive initiatives that improve the performance, reliability, and safety of facility electrical systems.
• Conduct and oversee power systems studies and power quality assessments.
• Ensure ongoing electrical system health and adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
• Provide technical direction and engineering oversight across multiple facility environments.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and power quality analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including building and growing technical teams.
• Working knowledge of electrical system compliance, reliability, and safety practices.
