LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to children and adults in our community.
About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment and treatment in a collaborative healthcare setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to address the mental health needs of the patients you serve.
What You'll Do
- Conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments for children and/or adult clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing mental health concerns
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare team members
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches based on clinical outcomes
- Participate in clinical consultation and case conferences as needed
- Foster an inclusive and supportive clinical environment for all patients
What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related doctoral discipline
- Valid, active license to practice psychology in Massachusetts
- Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adult populations
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and assessment techniques
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team
