The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to join our Embrace services team. As a key figure in Cambian's specialist children’s residential homes, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of young people by providing exceptional care and support.
Core Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents based on their individual needs.
- Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and other professionals to foster a supportive environment.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver high-quality care and support services.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. Key requirements include:
- A valid Registered Manager qualification from a recognised body.
- Proven experience in managing residential care services for children and young people.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
