The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned, commercial, and high-energy Restaurant General Manager to take full operational ownership of this high-profile launch. An established, fast-expanding hospitality group from Johannesburg is bringing its next flagship dining concept to Cape Town's iconic Mouille Point seafront. You will lead the setup phase in September, driving team recruitment and ensuring the successful opening of the restaurant.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue streams and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals for the business.
