About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality All Rounders to join our casual team in the vibrant destination of Queenstown. This role offers flexible working hours and a chance to be part of New Zealand's most exciting hospitality locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with front-of-house duties, including greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Support kitchen staff in meal preparation and serving, as required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Participate in shift rotations to cover various roles within the hospitality team

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are key
• Basic food safety training or equivalent experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working at TRN

TRN offers a competitive hourly rate of $24 - $26 per hour with an 8% holiday pay. We provide weekly pay cycles, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly. Flexible shift arrangements are available to accommodate your lifestyle.
