About the Role

The Chief of Staff - Commercial Strategy will be a key leader in driving strategic initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing on high-impact projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Map the highest-priority growth opportunities within 90 days and build a business case for at least one priority initiative
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team
• Take two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction in year one, contributing measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates
• Become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or related fields
• Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and building cross-functional teams
• Strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience in value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• A deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and its application in healthcare
