About the Role
We're seeking dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to our clients throughout Somerset County. This is a part-time position offering competitive compensation of $18 to $30 per hour, depending on your experience. You'll have the flexibility to work the schedules that suit your life—nights, weekends, and holiday shifts are all available now.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Help with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands as part of the care plan
- Monitor vital signs and report any health changes to nursing supervisors
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide certification
