What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight on assigned regional or over-the-road routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate logs using an electronic logging device (ELD)
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery windows
• Load and unload freight as required and secure cargo to DOT standards
• Uphold Transland's standards for safety, professionalism, and on-time performance

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
• Clean driving record with a strong safety history
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Solid understanding of Hours of Service rules and ELD compliance
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to consistent home-weekly scheduling
• Experience in dry van trucking preferred, though qualified newer drivers are encouraged to apply
