About the Role

This over‑the‑road position transports dairy products along the I‑80 and I‑90 corridors, offering consistent mileage and a schedule that allows for regular home time. Drivers join a team that values individual recognition and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of tanker equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Load and unload dairy cargo following company procedures and food‑grade standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Plan routes efficiently using provided dispatch information while adapting to traffic and weather conditions.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and customer contacts to provide updates on load status.
• Keep the tractor and trailer clean, report mechanical issues promptly, and assist with basic maintenance tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement.
• Proof of current medical certification and a clean driving record.
• Experience handling liquid or food‑grade tankers is preferred, but we consider motivated drivers with solid OTR background.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, maintain proper sanitation, and meet delivery windows.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
• Willingness to spend nights on the road while enjoying flexible home time as outlined in the schedule.
