Pay & Earning Potential
- Earn 57 to 64 cents per mile, based on your experience
- $4,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers
- Top 20% of OTR drivers bring home around $1,600 per week
- Team drivers earn a $0.72–$0.80 CPM split, average about 5,000 miles weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split)
