Tower Extrusions is hiring a Cast House Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our casting facility in Sherman, Grayson County, Texas. About the Role
As Cast House Supervisor, you'll take ownership of production operations within our cast house facility. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll combine technical knowledge with people management to drive efficiency, safety, and quality. Your first weeks will focus on day-shift operations, allowing you to thoroughly absorb our processes, meet your team, and establish yourself within our operational structure. Based on your experience and readiness, you'll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities and impact across the facility.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cast house production activities across your assigned shift
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and development
- Maintain safe working conditions and enforce compliance with safety protocols
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to support facility operations
- Track metrics and report on production performance
