Caregiver (Care Professional) (Louisville)

Riverside Home Care, an independently owned and operated non-medical home care provider, is hiring full-time Care Professionals to deliver compassionate support to seniors living independently in Lafayette and the Boulder County area. In this role, you'll be the trusted presence in our clients' homes, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life while supporting their daily needs.

About the Role

As a Care Professional with Riverside Home Care, you'll provide essential in-home care services that allow our senior clients to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. This is meaningful work for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with older adults and takes pride in making their day better. You'll work directly with clients and their families, building relationships and delivering consistent, reliable care.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility and provide companionship during daily activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
• Communicate clearly with clients and their families about their care and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and follow established care plans
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and concerns
