About This Position
At Meta's Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering (ISCE) team, we are dedicated to securing and delivering the critical equipment that powers our global data center portfolio. We are currently seeking a Capacity Delivery Lead to serve as a site-facing supply chain representative, ensuring on-time delivery of data center capacity.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of data center capacity by coordinating with various stakeholders and suppliers.
- Work cross-functionally with Data Center Engineering teams to manage the lifecycle of data center projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve any issues that may impact on-time delivery.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross-functional teams.
- Affinity for problem-solving and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
