In this afternoon shift role, you'll work as part of a dedicated team at Caliday, committed to inspiring school-age children through engaging, thoughtfully designed experiences. What You'll Do

• Facilitate fun, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage children to pursue their interests and grow as learners
• Establish a welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and supported in their exploration
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to plan and deliver engaging programming
• Build positive, trusting relationships with families and share updates about each child's experiences and progress
• Maintain a clean, organized learning space that reflects our commitment to safety and inclusive community
• Model enthusiasm, kindness, and a genuine passion for childhood development
