About the Role

As a Business Development Sales representative at Fortray Global Service Limited, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities and guiding prospects through every stage of the buying journey. This is a remote position with a structured working week, where you will champion the value of our platform and help businesses find the right engagement program for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, cold call, and cultivate fresh business relationships within an assigned territory and company-size segment.
  • Lead and close intricate B2B sales cycles while communicating the benefits of the Fortray platform.
  • Log accurate, up-to-date activity, customer, pipeline, and forecast records in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and represent the company at events.
  • Showcase our offerings through both remote and in-person demonstrations.
  • Offer consultative guidance so prospects select the engagement program best suited to their business, supporting clients and teammates with timely information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • One to two years of hands-on experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Capacity to juggle several projects at once and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • An approachable, personable manner.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace with a 22–24" monitor and HDMI cable, desk, chair, and a 2–3 hour power backup. Hours: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM BST and Saturday 10 AM–3 PM BST.
