Role Overview
As Business Development Manager at Symbii Home Health and Hospice, you'll drive new client acquisition and expand referral networks within healthcare providers, senior living facilities, and community organizations across your assigned territory. Your work builds lasting partnerships that connect families to quality home health and hospice care services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, senior living communities, and healthcare facilities
- Develop and deliver presentations about Symbii's home health and hospice services to potential referral partners
- Track market opportunities and competitive landscape to inform growth strategy
- Build brand awareness and community engagement across Rigby, St. Anthony, Driggs, Victor, and surrounding areas
- Maintain detailed records of business development activity and pipeline management
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care delivery and partner satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in business development, sales, or market expansion roles within healthcare or related fields
- Established professional network or genuine community presence in the Rexburg area and surrounding region
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting sales and development goals
- Understanding of home health, hospice, or healthcare industry preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional territory coverage
