About the Role

As Head of Commercialization at Glance, you'll own the end-to-end strategy that transforms our AI commerce platform into a revenue engine. You'll develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, pricing strategies, and expansion plans that capitalize on consumer behavior trends and competitive opportunities across our operations in 140 countries. This role bridges innovation and commercial impact, requiring strategic vision and tactical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive commercialization strategies aligned with product roadmap and market realities
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and operations to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Develop pricing models and revenue optimization frameworks that balance customer acquisition with unit economics
• Build business cases for market expansion, new features, and strategic partnerships
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies that fuel sustainable growth at scale
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and consumer trends to inform strategic direction
• Manage commercialization P&L and ensure accountability against key performance indicators

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years leading commercialization, go-to-market, or business strategy at technology companies or e-commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success scaling revenue and market share in competitive, global markets
• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business functions
• Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, revenue modeling, and P&L management
• Deep expertise in global commerce, digital consumer behavior, and marketplace dynamics
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
