About the Role
As our BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll provide comprehensive diagnostic and repair services on a range of BMW vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex powertrain and electrical work. You'll take ownership of each job, ensuring quality craftsmanship while meeting customer timelines and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed diagnostics on BMW engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical components using factory-grade tools and software
- Execute repairs and maintenance according to BMW specifications and industry best practices
- Document all work performed, maintain accurate service records, and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues independently
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to shop safety and quality standards
- Stay current with BMW technical updates and evolving diagnostic techniques
What We're Looking For
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent proven expertise with BMW vehicles
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing European luxury automobiles
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanning equipment and BMW-specific tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license
