About the Role
As Bilingual PSA Compliance Manager, you will drive compliance excellence and oversight for St. PJ's Children's Home. Working Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at our location on Mission Road in San Antonio, you'll combine regulatory expertise with cultural competency to strengthen operations and protect the children we serve.
What You'll Do
- Monitor adherence to federal and state child welfare regulations and organizational policies
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits to identify compliance gaps and risk areas
- Document findings, maintain detailed records, and track compliance metrics
- Communicate compliance requirements and policy updates in English and Spanish across all departments
- Partner with leadership to design and implement corrective action plans
- Provide bilingual guidance to staff, families, and residents on policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services
- Minimum one year of professional experience in child welfare working with children and adolescents
- Strong understanding of child welfare compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent communication skills with diverse staff and community stakeholders
