Bilingual Multi-Location Branch Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a part-time Bilingual Multi-Location Branch Customer Service Specialist (Spanish) to serve commercial and residential paint customers across several Seattle-area stores, all within a 15-mile radius of the Ballard location at 1436 NW Leary Way, Seattle, WA 98107, in King County.

About the Role

This part-time position starts at $24.00 per hour and is a great fit for a customer-focused professional who speaks both Spanish and English fluently. You'll rotate across multiple branch locations, providing consistent, knowledgeable service to a diverse customer base — from professional contractors to DIY homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers in both English and Spanish to understand their paint and coating needs, recommending the right products and finishes for each project
• Assist commercial accounts and walk-in customers with color selection, product specifications, and order fulfillment
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment to accurately prepare custom color orders
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise to keep store shelves fully stocked and displays customer-ready
• Support store operations at multiple branch locations within the assigned service area
• Build relationships with repeat commercial customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English — required for this role
• Strong customer service instincts with clear, professional communication skills in both languages
• Ability and willingness to work at multiple store locations within a 15-mile radius in the Seattle/King County area
• Basic math skills for measuring, mixing ratios, and processing transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in retail, paint, hardware, or a related customer-facing industry is a plus
• Must meet minimum age requirements for the role
