New Graduate RN – Acute Dialysis

About the Role

As a New Graduate RN - Acute Dialysis at DaVita, you'll work day shift with on-call rotation requirements, serving patients in acute dialysis settings across our Zanesville, Newark, and Mt. Vernon facilities. This role is designed specifically for nurses early in their career, providing mentorship and hands-on experience in dialysis treatment and patient care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals requiring acute dialysis treatment
• Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and patient response to dialysis therapy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including nephrologists and technicians
• Document patient assessments and care provided in clinical systems
• Respond to on-call needs as scheduled
• Participate in new graduate nurse orientation and competency development

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Active state RN license or pending licensure completion
• Commitment to learning specialized dialysis nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Flexibility to work assigned day shifts and on-call rotations
