About the Role

As a Service (Maintenance) Specialist with Centerspace, you'll be a key member of the on-site team at Park Place Apartments, handling the day-to-day upkeep that residents rely on. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is fully on-site in Plymouth, Minnesota — it is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests across apartment units and common areas
• Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general building systems
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including turns, repairs, and cosmetic touch-ups
• Support the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community grounds and buildings
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns to deliver a positive living experience

Qualifications

• Practical experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance
• Working knowledge of common repair trades such as plumbing, electrical, and appliance service
• Strong attention to detail with a reliable, customer-focused approach
• Availability to work the standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule on-site
