What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the B&B/TCP crew during assigned shifts, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to maintain quality and timelines.
• Coordinate daily schedules, resource allocation, and handoffs so that B&B and TCP responsibilities stay aligned across Multiple locations.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and immediate guidance that helps team members build skills and follow established procedures.
• Track work output, address issues in real time, and escalate concerns so operations remain safe and efficient.
• Communicate status updates clearly to managers and peers, documenting completed work and any adjustments needed for the next cycle.
• Uphold company standards for workplace conduct and safety while representing Powdr as the on-site B&B/TCP Team Lead.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading small teams or crews in operational settings comparable to B&B/TCP Team Lead duties.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for directing staff and coordinating multi-location work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems under time pressure, and adapt plans when circumstances change.
• Familiarity with standard team-lead practices such as scheduling, training, and performance follow-up.
• Reliable attendance and the physical readiness to perform active leadership responsibilities on site.
• Willingness to work Full Time hours supporting B&B/TCP operations at the designated Multiple locations.
