About the Role

As a Banquet Server, you'll work on the frontlines of our catering operations at the Gas South Convention Center, one of Georgia's most active event venues. Every day brings different clientele and occasions—corporate conferences, exhibitions, conventions, and private celebrations. Your role is to orchestrate seamless table service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver professional table service for multi-course banquets and receptions
• Set and clear dining stations with precision and efficiency
• Address guest requests and concerns with attentiveness and courtesy
• Coordinate with kitchen and culinary teams for timely food and beverage delivery
• Maintain composure and energy during high-volume service periods
• Adhere to health, safety, and service standards throughout each event
• Work collaboratively with other banquet staff to execute synchronized service

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a banquet server, fine dining server, or event service professional
• Knowledge of proper table service techniques and dining etiquette
• Ability to remain composed and attentive during busy periods
