About the Role
We are hiring three Agentic Delivery Lead positions, each serving a distinct industry vertical. You'll drive end-to-end delivery of sophisticated AWS-powered solutions, with a focus on emerging agentic AI capabilities that reshape how enterprises operate. This leadership role bridges technical architecture with client outcomes, requiring both deep AWS expertise and the vision to shape next-generation delivery models.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams through complex AWS implementations, ensuring architectural excellence and on-time, on-budget execution
- Champion agentic AI and autonomous systems design within AWS environments, translating emerging technology into business impact
- Establish delivery methodologies and best practices that elevate client success and internal capability across your industry practice
- Collaborate with client C-suite and technical stakeholders to define solution strategy, scope, and value realization
- Mentor and develop AWS practitioners, contributing to Accenture's broader cloud expertise and talent pipeline
- Identify and incubate new service offerings and accelerators that differentiate Accenture's AWS practice
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading large-scale AWS deployments in Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Communications Media & Technology
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Advanced knowledge of agentic AI, intelligent automation, or similar emerging AWS technologies
- Strong experience building and managing delivery teams in complex, matrix environments
- Strategic business acumen paired with technical credibility and problem-solving excellence
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
