We Are Legal Revolution is partnering with a respected Philadelphia firm to hire a Real Estate/Corporate Transactions Attorney in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County — a full-time, hybrid opportunity offering a base salary of up to $170k plus performance incentives and a manageable 1,600 billable hour target.

About the Role

This is a transactional attorney position centered on commercial real estate and corporate deal work for middle-market clients. You will guide sophisticated transactions from negotiation through closing, collaborating closely with partners and clients across a varied and steady deal pipeline. The hybrid schedule based in Philadelphia, PA blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, and the 1,600 billable hour expectation supports a sustainable workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing arrangements.
• Advise on corporate transactions such as joint ventures, business sales, and associated corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents on behalf of middle-market companies.
• Manage deals through diligence, structuring, and closing while keeping clients informed at every stage.
• Partner with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and admission to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactional practice.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities applied to complex deal documents.
• Capacity to manage multiple transactions independently while meeting deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and a client-service mindset suited to middle-market work.
