About the Role
This is a senior-level transactional position centered on commercial real estate. As a Real Estate Transactions Attorney with We Are Legal Revolution, you will guide owners, developers, lenders, and investors through sophisticated property matters from negotiation to closing. The role is fully remote, with a base salary of up to $250k plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
- Structure and document real estate financings on behalf of lenders and borrowers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements.
- Advise on joint ventures and development transactions.
- Manage complex, multi-party real estate deals end to end.
- Partner with clients including owners, developers, lenders, and investors to achieve their commercial objectives.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law and admission in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and joint ventures.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex deal structures.
- Ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently in a remote work setting.
- Client-focused mindset when advising owners, developers, lenders, and investors.
