About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside our Store Manager to keep our Provo location running efficiently while upholding the service standards our customers count on. What You'll Do

• Support daily store operations and maintain strong customer service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Handle cash reconciliation, register operations, and financial accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and support merchandising and stocking efforts
• Help open and close the store following company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support loss prevention and security protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate team members effectively
• Strong math and cash handling skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
