About the Role

As a Composites Specialist I at Seolta Holdings, you will work on-site in Washington, Beaufort County, preparing molds and laminating composite structures. The position centers on the careful application of dry bulk fiberglass and core materials, along with the setup and handling of resin infusion systems that bring each hull and deck to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply dry bulk fiberglass and core materials to hulls and decks.
• Complete startup and preparation tasks ahead of lamination, including mold preparation and gathering required materials and kits.
• Handle and work with a range of resins, epoxies, fiberglass materials, and structural adhesives.
• Install flow media, vacuum lines, feed lines, and bagging materials for the lamination process.
• Follow standard startup procedures to ensure each project is ready for a clean, accurate lamination.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working hands-on with composite materials such as fiberglass, core, resins, epoxies, and structural adhesives.
• Attention to detail during mold prep, material staging, and setup of vacuum infusion components.
• Ability to follow defined procedures consistently in a production environment.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Washington, Beaufort County (this role is not remote).
