Associate Regional Director, ADL New England

About the Role

As Associate Regional Director for ADL New England based in Boston, you'll partner with the Regional Director to strengthen our team's capabilities and advance our anti-hate mission. This is a substantive leadership role that blends strategic program oversight with hands-on people management, offering the opportunity to shape the next generation of organizational leaders.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full recruitment, training, and professional development lifecycle for program interns, including hiring decisions, onboarding, and performance evaluation
• Directly manage and supervise support staff members, ensuring accountability, quality work, and strong team cohesion
• Contribute to team-building strategy and talent management initiatives that strengthen our regional capacity
• Oversee day-to-day program activities and team operations in close collaboration with leadership
• Support the Regional Director in implementing organizational strategy and advancing regional goals

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, management, or direct supervision
• Strong commitment to civil rights, anti-hate advocacy, social justice, or related mission-driven work
• Excellent mentoring abilities and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in program execution
