Account Executive – Skilled Trades Staffing

About the Role

As an Account Executive in our skilled trades staffing division, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with construction contractors and building owners throughout Pierce County and the greater Puget Sound area. This is a full-time position that combines client relationship management with business development in one of the Pacific Northwest's fastest-growing markets for construction labor support.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with contractors and construction companies seeking reliable staffing solutions
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and account growth
• Understand client workforce needs and match qualified skilled tradespeople to fill positions across multiple trades
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and ongoing account maintenance
• Collaborate with our operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless staffing delivery
• Track pipeline activity, manage forecasts, and hit sales targets while providing detailed client feedback
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns and identifying upsell opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or skilled trades
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Knowledge of the construction industry and skilled trades is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales tools
