About the Role

As an Associate Managing Consultant specializing in fintech marketing, you'll provide strategic guidance and consulting expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners navigating the rapidly evolving digital payments landscape. You'll work at the intersection of technology innovation, market positioning, and client success, helping shape how Mastercard's solutions reach and resonate with fintech-focused customers and partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute fintech-focused marketing advisory strategies aligned with Mastercard's business objectives
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities in digital payments and financial technology
• Collaborate with product, technology, and go-to-market teams to refine positioning and messaging for fintech solutions
• Support clients and partners with strategic marketing consulting, case studies, and market insights
• Build presentations and materials that communicate complex fintech concepts to executive audiences
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that establish Mastercard's expertise in fintech marketing
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments affecting the fintech ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, technology, or related field
• 3+ years of consulting, marketing strategy, or advisory experience, preferably in fintech or payments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Deep familiarity with digital payments, financial technology, and the fintech ecosystem
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
