About the Role
In this full-time Assistant Store Manager I position, you'll serve as an operational leader within our Coach Miami location. Working alongside our Store Manager, you'll oversee team performance, drive sales floor excellence, execute our brand vision, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Coach's commitment to quality and inclusion. You'll be instrumental in creating a store environment where both customers and associates feel valued and inspired.
