The Opportunity
CIM Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance operations and ensuring that all mechanical systems meet CIM Group’s high standards of operation and safety.
Core Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations within assigned buildings, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and operate building mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures that comply with CIM Group’s operating standards.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address resident concerns related to building operations and maintenance issues.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
