Assistant Principal of Operations

Jubilee Academies is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations to lead operational excellence at our San Antonio campus in Bexar County. This full-time leadership role shapes the daily experience of students and staff through strategic management of school systems, compliance, and resources.

What This Role Involves

As Assistant Principal of Operations for Jubilee San Antonio, you'll oversee the systems that keep our school running smoothly. You'll manage facilities and maintenance, coordinate scheduling, supervise support staff, and ensure the campus environment supports teaching and learning. Extended workdays and occasional weekend responsibilities are part of this position.

Core Duties

• Supervise daily campus operations, including facilities management, security, and safety protocols
• Manage non-instructional staff and support departments
• Coordinate master schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for operational areas
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Address student discipline matters in collaboration with the principal
• Maintain records and documentation systems
• Lead building maintenance and custodial operations
• Coordinate transportation, food service, and other campus services

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Texas principal or administrative certification (or equivalent pathway)
• Proven experience in school operations, campus administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication with staff, families, and the community
• Knowledge of school law, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through change
• Commitment to supporting student success and school culture
