Position Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This role involves collaborating closely with the Outlet Manager to manage an assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, ensuring that all employee, guest, and owner expectations are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Aid in the implementation of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards within the F&B department.
• Support the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center.
• Ensure that all operational procedures are adhered to, maintaining high levels of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably with F&B service.
• A deep understanding of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards is essential.
• Strong leadership skills to support and motivate team members effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
