Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members through on-the-floor guidance, feedback sessions, and skills reinforcement to build a confident, high-performing crew
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by modeling service excellence, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receive and process merchandise, and maintain organized stock levels that meet demand
• Drive sales initiatives by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and motivating the team to hit performance targets
• Manage opening and closing routines, cash procedures, and facility upkeep so the Rally House Union Station location always looks its best
• Uphold safety, security, and operational policies while communicating updates clearly to the full team
