About the Role
You'll lead the development and optimization of AI-driven workflows that streamline sales pipelines, amplify marketing campaigns, and unlock operational efficiency. Working at the intersection of technology and business strategy, you'll translate complex automation requirements into scalable systems that empower our sales and marketing teams to focus on high-impact work.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using AI and machine learning technologies
- Develop intelligent tools that enhance lead scoring, customer segmentation, and campaign personalization
- Integrate third-party AI platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools into cohesive solutions
- Build data pipelines and analytics models that drive sales forecasting and marketing ROI
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify automation opportunities and quantify business impact
- Maintain and refine deployed systems, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on results
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of engineering experience building automation solutions or AI-powered applications
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages; familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Langchain
- Hands-on experience with enterprise automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, workflows, and data structures
- Experience designing scalable APIs and integrating disparate systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
