Affiliate Marketing Manager

Tombras is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead performance-based growth initiatives in Atlanta, Fulton County. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion for our national client roster through strategic affiliate partnerships.

About the Role

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Tombras, you'll own the strategy and execution of affiliate marketing programs that connect our clients with new customers at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data-driven marketing and creative business solutions—building and nurturing partnerships that deliver measurable results. You'll work within a 600-person, full-service advertising agency recognized as one of the top independent agencies in North America, collaborating across teams to execute campaigns that blend strategic insight with creative excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage affiliate marketing programs targeting growth and customer acquisition across multiple channels
• Identify, recruit, and partner with high-performing affiliate networks and publishers aligned with client objectives
• Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for ROI and profitability
• Develop competitive affiliate compensation structures and negotiate partnership terms
• Analyze affiliate data and performance trends to refine program strategy and improve results
• Serve as the point of contact for affiliate partners and internal client teams on program status and outcomes
• Build business cases for new affiliate opportunities and expansion into adjacent channels

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or performance-based advertising
• Proven success building and scaling affiliate programs for national or multi-region brands
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to inform strategic decisions
• Experience negotiating partnerships and managing affiliate networks
• Excellent communication and project management abilities in cross-functional environments
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing metrics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
