As Receptionist at our Middlebury office, you are the vital hub connecting clients with our counseling services. This full-time position requires a friendly, organized, and reliable professional who takes pride in hospitality and attention to detail. You'll set the tone for every visitor's experience with us and support smooth operations across our 89 Main Street facility.
What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed and safe
- Answer and manage phone inquiries promptly, directing calls appropriately and taking messages
- Check in clients for appointments and maintain accurate sign-in records
- Schedule and confirm appointments using office systems
- Assist with data entry and client intake documentation in compliance with privacy standards
- Manage the waiting area to keep it clean, organized, and welcoming
- Respond to public inquiries about services and referrals
- Support the clinical and administrative team with scheduling, filing, and office coordination
