Quality Manager

About the Role

As Quality Manager at Niagara Water in Baytown, Harris County, you will own the site's quality systems and ensure that every product reflects our commitment to delivering the highest-quality, most affordable bottled water. This is a hands-on leadership position within an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment where your decisions directly influence product integrity and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality assurance and quality control operations at the Baytown facility.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality management systems, standards, and documentation.
• Champion food safety and regulatory compliance across production processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and build lasting working relationships across departments.
• Investigate quality issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production and operations teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management, ideally within food, beverage, or bottled water manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Willingness to work on-site in Baytown, Harris County (this role is not remote).
