About the Role
As an Acquisitions Associate at Golub & Company, you'll support the identification, evaluation, and execution of property acquisitions across our portfolio. Working directly with our acquisitions team, you'll contribute to deals that shape markets and expand our national presence in real estate development and investment.
What You'll Do
- Source and analyze potential acquisition opportunities, evaluating market fit, financial viability, and strategic alignment
- Prepare financial models, underwriting summaries, and investment recommendation memorandums
- Conduct due diligence on prospective properties, including site assessments, competitive analysis, and regulatory review
- Support deal negotiation, documentation, and closing coordination
- Maintain acquisition pipeline data and reporting for management review
- Collaborate with asset management, property management, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and acquisition fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
