About the Role

As the Team Lead - 2nd shift Sauk Rapids, you will provide day-to-day tactical leadership to your assigned crew within our Circular Products operation. Working the 2nd shift in Sauk Rapids, Benton County, you will direct the team through the fabrication and manufacture of products, ensuring every step follows established standard work and proven manufacturing methods while upholding company core values and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate your assigned 2nd shift team to meet production goals in the Circular Products area.
• Oversee the fabrication and manufacture of products in line with standard work and documented manufacturing processes.
• Champion workplace safety standards and reinforce the company's core values across the team.
• Provide tactical, on-the-floor direction to keep production moving efficiently and consistently.
• Support team members in maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of standard work practices and manufacturing processes.
• Strong commitment to safety and to modeling company core values.
• Availability to work the 2nd shift on-site in Sauk Rapids, Benton County (full-time, not remote).
